How we support our clients with consultancy services:

Stage 1: The brief: We gain a deep insight into our client’s current situation and objectives  

Stage 2: Consultancy methods and objectives:  We prepare a Consultancy Project document.  

               This states the aims of the project, how it will be implemented and what Key Performance

               Indicators (KPIs) will be measured.

               Our fees are fixed so that our clients can budget confidently.

Stage 3: Project launch:  We commence the project by establishing start-point KPIs and a roll-out timetable. 

Stage 4: Interim reports:  KPI progress is measured and reported to keep the project on track.  

               Variances are addressed and remedial action taken. 

Stage 5: Final Report: The results are presented, analysed and agreed at a special project completion meeting.
