1/ AMS Specialist – Dealer Corporate Identity Project Manager (DCIPM):
Job Description
In general:
Our client has a pan-European Project to provide new Corporate Identity (CI) elements for Exterior and Interior to all their dealers;
A specially designed online tool - Online Site Information System (OSIS) the project’s integrated, web-based ordering and management system, allows users across Europe to plan, monitor and report on the progress of the CI project by using a workflow system.
The Dealer Corporate Identity Project Manager will be the link between-
i. the local Retail Network Development (RND) staff – office and field –
ii. the national dealer network
iii. Master Suppliers and
iv. local network partners (LNPs) of the Master Suppliers.
Thus regular meetings/telephone conferences with NSC colleagues, LNPs and suppliers are required to exchange knowledge about progress and issues to be resolved in the assigned market.
Responsibility:
- Coordinate &/or support the NSC CI Implementation Process for the AMS client in assigned markets via OSIS.
- Initiate, check & follow-up CI projects using OSIS, according to specified work steps and assigned markets.
- Drive process according to available budget & rules.
Details:
Nomination of dealer sites for the Project
· Indicating: Opening Date, Dealer specifics, e.g. green field or rebrand existing
· Check: Address & Contract Data, billing address
· Check internally: has Dealer agreed to invest in new CI for Project?
Support LNP survey
· Support if LNP or Dealer queries arise:-
- survey not possible, rejected; or
- survey confirmation not signed
- clear contract situation.
· Follow up LNP survey schedule, identify roadblocks and place actions against.
Check approval artwork & quotation:
- Artwork against Application Rules,
- Quality of Artwork o.k.
- Prices in line with agreement
- Logic of extra works
- Support & clear up in difficult situations
- Dealer order intake
If Dealer rejects order subscription a follow up case by case is necessary:
· Advise Network Development Manager (or equivalent) to follow up
· Clear queries between LNP & Dealer
· Support in case of local authorities restrictions
Approve installation and invoice
After installation, all necessary documentation will be uploaded by LNP into OSIS system. Check and approve:
· Photo documentation of Installation against Artwork
· Clear queries between LNP & Dealer
· Check invoice against offer
Tracking of implementation the Project
Usage of system reporting to understand development of situation.
· Check schedule and deliveries against targets and guidelines
· Identify roadblocks and agree action plans with LNP/Main Supplier.
· Escalate if no further progress to the AMS Client’s core team
· Set up conference calls with LNPs / Suppliers to improve situation.
· Lead prioritisation, selection & nomination or restart of projects with against available budget.
Tools:
- OSIS project management System. Every single Dealer CI project will be initiated and followed up via OSIS. OSIS generates and communicates specific tasks to the specified task-owner.
- Broadband Internet connection will be provided from NSC/OSS
- Technical descriptions as CI -, Survey-, Installation- Manuals, Application Rules, Product descriptions etc.
- Process description Work Flow latest version.
- Support from the AMS Client’s Core Team (Workstream and Brand CI responsible individuals)
Skills required:
· Retail Network Development /Corporate Identity or equivalent Motor Sales/Aftersales and/or project support experience required.
· IT literate especially Microsoft Office suite;
· Mother-tongue or fluency in local language of assigned country(ies) required plus good English and communication skills in general (written, verbal).

2/ AMS Specialist - Corporate Identity Project Central Support:
Job description
Responsibility:
- Support the central project team in running a pan-European project to install new Corporate Identity (CI) in the Dealer Network
- Follow up the market National Sales Companies CI Implementation Process
Key tasks:
· Attend suppliers meetings and telephone conferences
· Attend internal team and market meetings and telephone conferences
· Creation of agendas and meeting minutes
· Creation of weekly and ad-hoc project reporting as required
· Analysis of project progress
· Help with the training for new field managers
· Support of central team in preparation of presentations
· Follow up of suppliers and markets actions and deadlines
Tools:
- OSIS project management system. The CI implementation is handled via the web based project management tool OSIS. Every single Dealer CI project will be initiated and followed up via OSIS. OSIS generates and communicates specific tasks to the specified task-owner.
- Broadband Internet connection will be provided from NSC
- Technical descriptions as CI -, Survey-, Installation- Manuals, Application Rules, Product descriptions etc.
- Process descriptions in general
- Process description Work Flow latest version.
- Support from the project Core Team (Workstream and Brand CI responsible individuals)
Skills:
· IT literate, especially Excel.
· Mother-tongue or fluency in English and good communication skills in general (written, verbal)
· Retail Network Development / Corporate Identity or equivalent Motor Sales / Aftersales and / or project support experience appreciated.
