Outsourcing

How we put an outsourced team in place:

Stage 1: The outsourcing briefing meeting identifies the number of people and job skills/experience required. 

Stage 2: People identified: We recruit the people required. This involves client approval of job advertisements

               and attendance at selected interviews if preferred. 

Stage 3: Induction Training: All outsourced staff get comprehensive induction training. 

Stage 4: Performance measurement: The outsourced team's performance is measured using structured

               appraisal meetings for each individual.
