How we design and deliver training solutions:
Stage 1: Training needs analysis: We identify the job skills required and measure current competences
to define the training need exactly.
Stage 2: Preliminary Training Programme: The Course(s) are written in outline for client approval.
Stage 3: Courses are finalised and all training materials prepared.
Stage 4: First course delivered: A delegate feedback and training validation review meeting is held
for fine-tuning.
