Kim Bannister - Kim is a great team leader and knows how to generate enthusiastic goal seeking environments in which teams deliver beyond expectations. Kim brings over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. He is a qualified technician with a strong aftersales background. He has also held General Manager positions with franchises including Peugeot, Vauxhall and Rover. As a marketing consultant Kim launched the Network Q brand in the UK and headed up the Field Operations Team. Outside the UK Kim has worked with manufacturer used vehicle programs in Belgium, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Republic of Ireland and the Middle East. Kim is an exceptionally talented member of our associate team and available for assignments in the UK and overseas.

Geoff Ingles - Geoff's career started at Renault where he became a Region Director in the UK In his middle career, Geoff held various senior positions within a number of consultancy businesses. However one of his highlights has to be when he decided to put what he knew into practice by purchasing a loss making Renault Dealer in Wales. 10 years later Geoff sold this business having achieved significant volume increases in every department - especially used cars. He introduced effective processes and controls, developed the skills of his management team and made the business profitable. Back in consultancy Geoff is now available through AMS to share his experiences and expertise.

Mark Harris - After 20 yrs of Marketing for companies including ICI, O2, EDF Energy and SpinVox, Mark's learnt a lot about profitable promotion of products and services.
Many of Mark's recent projects centre on his digital Marketing experience and he's helping a number of clients to attract and keep their customers central to their marketing activities.
Mark's focus areas include engaging customers through social media; injecting the personality of the business into your website design; improving your retail customer experience and taking your retail business online.

Tony Bean - Tony has spent the last 10 years working as a mobile specialist. Following a spell at Sonera Zed, where he was responsible for Global Partnerships and Vendors, he worked as an agency single point of contact for Daimler UK, bringing mobile to the forefront of their marketing effort. AMS is working with Tony (Focus Mobile Ltd) in Europe specifically to help automotive brands with their mobile strategy and delivery. Focus Mobile deploys products across New Car Marketing, Approved Used Programmes and Mobile CRM, with two main objectives – to bring value to the customer and to bring ROI to the client.
Tony is an expert in iPhone, iPad and Android mobile applications, the Mobile Internet, and has a deep understanding of the needs of manufacturers and the issues that face them on mobile.

Philip Williams - Philip’s wide career experience includes franchised dealer sales management, business-to-business fleet development and manufacturer regional sales management. During this time he worked with premium brands – especially Saab, Lexus & Alfa Romeo where appointing dealers for network development became a real speciality.
As an AMS Associate Consultant Philip offers project management skills and all round expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the industry today. He’s also an accomplished presenter and a confident communicator.
And of course, he’s also a real car enthusiast. On the go at the moment is a Triumph Spitfire 1500 renovation project, and the family fleet includes a 1999 Mini Cooper and a TVR Griffith 500.
